I just found these shots that I had intended using for my end-of-course project, but I changed my mind.
So, here are two shots from a grey day in Canary Wharf, London.
I know it’s still August, but you can definitely feel the season change here. There isn’t quite frost on the car in the morning, but you have to de-fog it! It’s definitely jumper indoors time and the leaves are turning in the trees and falling. Yes, autumn is here. It is my favourite season, so I should be happy!
While I was on my walk to photograph the giant mushrooms, I spotted this one flower in the bush. It looked all lonely.
Have a good week
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw these growing on a tree when I was out for a walk. I mean, they’re HUGE!!!!
They’re too big to be really considered macro, but here’s my entry for Macro Friday anyway on bloggingfrombolivia.com. Check out the other shots there. This was the closest I could get to them!
Have a great weekend
I said that there was going to be a single launch at the weekend and that I’d bring my camera, so here are the results.
The band is called Dead School and they were launching their second single, ’3:17/Exude’, in Cyprus Avenue, Cork. I am biased when I say that their music is great, seeing as I actually know them, so check out the music for yourselves on REVERBNATION and then visit their Facebook profile and ‘like’ their page! All I can say is that they rocked the venue on Saturday night!
I did spend most of my time enjoying the music and not taking pictures. It was my first time taking photos in these conditions, so any advice/tips/suggestions are more than welcome. Hopefully I’ll get a lot more practice at their future gigs.
Remember to check out their music and ‘like’ their page. If you’re in Ireland, go to one of their gigs and look out for them in the UK in September too! DO IT!
