After a mild winter, we’re hoping for a warm summer!
This weeks Photo Challenge is Hope.
I found these on the path today. The kids in the park, who we call Ninjas because they can appear from anywhere, usually on a scooter and especially when you’re driving, decided to pull the heads off our daffodils.
We can’t really blame them-they’re only 5 or 6! And, they made great macro subjects!
Seeing as I had the daffodil heads inside in a controlled and clean environment, I decided to do some free-lensing. I like the light in this one.
But I like the definition in this one. Check out Macro Friday for other great macro shots.
This morning I saw a message from Sheila over on Sheila T Illustrated saying that she had nominated me for the One Lovely Blog Award. It was indeed a good start to the day!
All there is to do is say a big THANK YOU to Sheila and tell you all to click the big blue writing above and check out her blog!
I’m also going to nominate One Lovely Blog of my own. Lisa Hudson always have beautiful photos over on Click!
Yesterday was grey. There was no getting away from it. Not a little hint of blue anywhere.
I prefer when Blackrock Castle has a nice blue background, but it wasn’t to be.
This is how it should look! A lovely mural done by the Mahon Men’s Paining Club.
This week’s WordPress Photo Challenge is simple.
You can’t get more simple than a dandelion and a blue sky!
