WordPress Photo Challenge: Hands
I’m still going through the Blue entries, but here is my Hands photo for this week. I decided to try some free-lensing, so it’s not a crystal clear photo. This is my Claddagh ring that belonged to my granny and then my Mum gave it to me. More information on the symbolism behind the ring here , but basically it’s a traditional Irish wedding ring. the two hands represent friendship between the two families, the heart represents love and the crown fidelity.

Your ring photo looks really cool. I like the way it’s focused.
Thank you!
i want to come over to your side of the ocean and take photos there! LOVE seeing your views!
Thanks!
Beautiful photo.
Very creative

My one regret when my husband and I visited Ireland a few years ago was passing up the opportunity to purchase a beautiful Claddagh ring. Yours is beautiful.
Aw! You could try online, once you know your ring size! Thanks for stopping by!
I wish I get passed on a ring … so that I don’t have to buy one. Hehe. Very interesting ring with the symbolisms.
Thanks for stopping by.
You have captured silver so beautifully!
Thanks for stopping by!
Inspiring! I love the idea of not showing actually hands; it is something that goes ON hands and also the design has hands…very creative…and a nice shot to boot…:-)

awesome idea!
A Claggach ring is an excellent idea for this challenge! My daughter was an Irish dancer, and we got her a Claddagh ring, too. I love it!
